Several playthroughs will be necessary for a full 100% of the main campaign, but ultimately it's up to you to mix and match them to your skill level and what you personally feel comfortable with. The rest can be obtained via chapter select. There are four missable achievements to watch out for Full Strength, Eternal Voyage, Your Destination, and Dressed For Success. Overall, the base game isn't too hard to get the full 100% on, although completing the game on Ranger Hardcore (very minimal HUD mode, hardest difficulty) may be daunting for newcomers.
